I'm a Senior Product Designer at Victoria's Secret, currently leading initiatives in omni-channel shopping experience. Some previous projects include the VS and PINK app redesigns and their rewards program launch.
Throughout my career, I have helped shape the quality of customer experience for consumers and thought partners alike.
A curious problem solver at heart, I love to collaborate and bring ideas to the table, getting audiences engaged while pushing the boundaries of technology, usability and design.
Problem solving superpowers aside, my love for hand-lettering and doodling helps me connect with others in a more personal way.
Karaoke is my other passion, but sadly no pictures or videos of that to post for all the world to see.
